Twist Battery Charging question

My charger died but I found another one I'm not sure will work. I want to charge 2 vv/twists, one is 650mah and the other is 1100.

The charger I found says...
Input: DC5v 500 mA
Output: DC 4.2v 420 mA

Can I use this charger for both batteries?
