How can I judge wrap wise the ohms if I did this coil? I want to try it out. I'm CONSTANTLY rebuilding. But I'm not sure how to make a judgement on the ohms with wraps on twisted 28g.

Use Steam Engine. It allows for "multiple strands" (up to 4), using "twist pitch" (ridge to ridge measurement - having a dial or digital caliper comes in handy here) as the primary variable.
