So I made the jump into twisting kanthal wire tonight I took three 1ft strands of 32g A1 kanthal and made a fold on each end stuck one in my trusty drill and the other in a pair of vice grips I let er rip for a a good minute or so until I thought it would start to bunch up on me. Then I did 11 wraps on a 5/64 drill bit and slapped that bad boy right into my R91 came out to 1.4 ohms wicked and fully assembled. Best flavor and vapor out of my Russian to date. I did not think a kayfun style device could get any better but it did. My banana and cream flavor is no longer that muted banana flavor I used to get it is now full on banana cream pie right in your face flavor wow! . I forgot to take pictures in all my excitement but I will throw some up here tomorrow. Any one else try twisted builds in a kayfun device yet?
