Twisted problem

Need a little advice here. Somehow the threads came off my vivi nova and are stuck on the twist. Any ideas how to remove the threads stuck inside? Thanks.

a curved pic, or a safety pin and bend the end into a hook and pick it out.

Thanks , i'll give it a go. Seems to be pretty flush with the twist threads though.

If that doesn't work try a potato.
