I just couldn't help it. I needed another Grand, but also am really enjoying the VV. So I ordered a black Reo Grand from Rob, which came in a few days ago. Next thing I know, I'm looking in the classies and spotted a VV; a wooden VV. I'm, well, excited! Here they are! Just one question, can the VV handle 1.5-1.6 coil? I don't want to blow anything up! Oh by the way, I've got a brass RM2 coming in the mail to match the Woodie! 20130726_224535.jpg20130726_224614.jpg20130726_224810.jpg

I know, I've got to learn to rotate these things, but they don't look like this on the Phone:) Oh, I almost forgot, I got the Woodie from Karla Lyle off the classifieds, she was great doing business with!

Wow! I feel like I was just reading about you getting your first one!

Somewhere21, it wasn't just yesterday, but probably less than a month. I'm selling everything that is "tube" related cause I just love these things so much! Every vape is perfect and I wouldn't have done anything different!

 I don't think you need to worry about blowing anything up. If you put an atty on that is too low for the voltage, it simply won't fire.
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/reos-mods/224539-vv-reos.html#post4150861 I learned the hard way...had a great atty on my first VV and it was in the process of dying...the Ωs dropped and sure enough, my VV didn't work. Took me about an hour to figure out what was wrong.

Nice collection man. You need to hurry up and run out of tube mod stuff so I quit buying it all. Between picking up your Provari's, Bullet, tanks and the DNA20 build I've invested more in the past 2 weeks than I have my entire time vaping. LOL!!!

DlyDragger, don't you think you need at least one REO......just to sorta round out your collection? :)

Not sure at this point. I like the looks and the concept of bottom feeders but I tried a VMOD and sold it after 4 days, it made me angry. I know the REO is much higher quality but I don't want to get one just to turn around and sell it again. I would definitely get a VV version if I did.

So, the electronics in the VV haven't changed since the beginning? I'm trying to learn all I can about the VV cause I have one on the way. It's from the classies so it won't have an instruction sheet. Glad you told me that it won't fire if oHms are too low. Thanks!

Congrats Navy4life, you are showing the true Reonaut spirit with your cool purchases.

But the difference is that you can ask any questions here about your experience and everyone will help you learn. That is what i did/do and am so happy/amazed at the responses i get :)

The very first VV Grands had a recessed button. If the one you bought does have that, then you can and should send it to Robert for the free button upgrade. New VV Grands have the outie button!

Users manuals for all the REO's are on reosmods:
