So, the electronics in the VV haven't changed since the beginning? I'm trying to learn all I can about the VV cause I have one on the way. It's from the classies so it won't have an instruction sheet. Glad you told me that it won't fire if oHms are too low. Thanks!

No problem :) There's one on the website you can download...look for User Manuals on the upper right hand corner. Then select the pdf for your model. You can download it or print it. They're not perfect, but an easy start...and disregard the button information...it is outdated and I need to fix that.

*Edit...thanks, Karen

A VV wont fire if your coil ohms are too low for the set voltage( just roll the thumbwheel all the way left and it should fire)
-if your atty is shorted out
-if your batt is too drained
-if the unit is switched off (small slide switch just below the voltage thumbwheel. Left = On
*Note. Roll the thumbwheel left to lower voltage and right to increase voltage.

Congrats on your first VV Reo! :toast:
