I just received my Volt X2, and I filled it up to the 1.6 ml line with E-juice and have had it sitting for around ten minutes, but it's still not smoking. The button doesn't light up when I press it either - I don't know if it's supposed to or not though.

No liquid got into the pipe/tube, and I've had it charging for awhile as well.

My other question is, how do I use the Passthrough Cone that I bought? It seems to be a perfect replacement for the clear - tank portion of the tip, but I couldn't seem to screw off any of the parts.

I've got another question #3 - My juice keeps spitting up!

No matter what I've tried, juice seems to seep into my tip.

It's a rather flustering issue, so I'm just wondering,

if

A) Other people don't experience this

and

B) What am I doing wrong / what can I do to fix this?

This is the E-Juice that I'm using.

I've read that some can... something... the wick... I don't know.

Sitting down, facing forward.
Check to make sure the clearo isn't overfilled. Make sure the mouthpiece is properly threaded and seated in the clearo. Also check to make sure the top "O" ring is in place on the mouthpiece, I'm forever losing them and that's, generally, when I get a mouthful or a heavy taste of liquid.

Just my opinion, worth what you're paying for it, your results and mileage may vary, no warrantee or guarantee is expressed or implied.

Also, make sure that the metal ring at the top of the plastic tank is seated properly. There shouldn't be any gap between the plastic tank and the metal ring. If there is, you can put the clearo down on a table upside-down and push down on it until the metal ring clicks into place.

Also don't tip the ecig up to high when you are using it. Keep it at a 45 degree angle from you mouth and make sure there is no gap between the mouth piece and the white thing inside. I keep them loose and hold them up to a light to see if there is a gap. I find that loose gives me a more flavorful vape that is less dry.

So, do you think the consistency of the E-Juice could be the problem here?

Because nothing seems to be working well for me with this set-up.

You know, the VG or whatever quality of E-Liquid it is.

I've used everything from 90/10 VG/PG, which is like water to 100% VG in X2 clearos without a problem for the last three months. If you have another clearo, give it a try, you may have a very rare dud.

I've read that some can... something... the wick... I don't know.

If the above highlighted item is all you used, it is just flavor. You'll need to get some PG (propylene glycol) and/or VG (vegetable glycerin) and/or Nicotine base (if you want nic) in PG or VG carrier. Generally 50/50 to 80/20 is used, but anywhere from 100% PG to 100% VG will work (personal preference). When the ratio is listed it is usually PG first then VG as in 80%PG/20%VG.
Hope I didn't swamp you with too much info, if so, just keep asking questions! There are no dumb questions! :D
