1: If you order today, I would hope they would ship by Friday, and I would assume engraving would add time to that.

They all come with ∞ Pro and the serial number and the Buzz just has the serial # on them. The rest is up to you and they are very fast at shipping. My packages take longer to reach me after they hit town than they do coming from notcig.
Thanks all--just ordered. Can't come soon enough. My other mod I've been debating whether or not to retire due to safety concerns. I had been contemplating getting rid of it, but today it just stopped working entirely. Probably a sign. A forum member said these were safer and affordable--so I ran with it.
