Congratulations! Hang in there. It took me forever to switch over and it was a bit of a struggle once I finally did. You might get yourself one of the banners that tracks how long you've gone without smoking, have many you haven't smoked and how much you've saved. You're doin' good!

Took me about a month as well the hardest for me was the first one in the morning and while drinking with friends(none gapers) but stick to you guns you can do it!!!Ok, after two weeks of dual using, I finally went two days without an actual cigarette. I will admit I am definitely craving one, but I've got my vape in front of me and am standing strong. Thank heavens for vaping. Good luck to all those out there trying to quit.
Way to go just keep it up, I have to admit I slipped more than once(a lot) but now look at my counter you can do it I have never felt better
Congratulations on your success. Keep up the good work and don't be afraid to ask for help. It took me about a month to finally put them down. I had set a quit date to coincide with my birthday. Finding the right ejuice and device were what helped me the most. Well, and these fine folks here at ECF.
Congrats on the two days. The tickers are helpful in tracking your progress and help remind you why you're feeling better.
