I've been vaping for almost four weeks now, and finally knocked the number of cigs to zero Sunday evening (yea, me!)
One thing I find is that the really strong cravings (which actually aren't that bad any longer) require that I vape myself slightly ill to get rid of them. I do have a Volt X2 loaded with WTA for those moments as well, and that helps.
Strangely, I find that menthol and chocolate flavors also help, and I don't need to vape myself quite to the slight headache stage.
Does anybody else notice this, or have any advice? For now, I'm content enough with the headache (and slight nausea) if it keeps me off the cigs. It's only two or three times a day.
