Ubertoot UTA official authentic thread

Lol, I did that last Ubertuesday. I was so disappointed. Only to be incredibly excited today .

Looks like the website did oversell once again. Geez. I was fully prepared this time because I was expecting it to sell out even quicker with less stock, but it sold out even quicker despite still overselling.

Here's what I did. I made sure I was already logged into my account on Ubertoot. Made sure all my addresses and everything was saved and ready to go. I made sure I was already logged in to my PayPal account, and also had my PayPal password both saved to copy/paste clipboard as well as being saved inside the browser. I tried to reduce any point of friction during checkout. No second guessing whether I wanted Mini kit or not, etc.

Like I said, I was prepared this time . Maybe even a little obsessively. Despite all that, I still only barely made it even with extra stock being sold. I can't even imagine how quickly it would sell if only 15-20 units sold as intended.

I'm kind of wondering if adding the mini kit in the drop down hurt my chances. Perhaps there was less mini kits, they sold out too. I was checking out within a minute of being in the basket.

I ordered the mini kit in the same order (did last time too).
And the mini kit was in stock for a little bit longer than the UTA.

There were betas, and then there were 100 UTAs released on a UKVapers list (not beta). This was towards the end of last year.

The ones now are UTA2 because they are the second version, with multiple revisions, of the "retail" Ubertoot RTA

The betas were the ones in the initial reviews from months ago, they had white drip tips.

Yep, know what the betas look like. I hadn't realized the ones from the list weren't the same as the ones now.

Yeah, they aren't vastly different, but there were definitely a handful of functional changes. I'm not entirely sure of all of them, but many were based off feedback from those initial 100 users.

I'm not sure either. I only watched the one review (justpoo). I don't know if he had a beta or one of the first 100. I got distracted by his mentioning he liked the Aga t7 as much as the Rose and Ubertoot, and then went looking for that, lol!

Also, one of my parrots, Miss Merlin, fell in love with justpoo's voice. She was doing everything to try to get into my tablet to find him. That was quite distracting as well. She also regurgitated on it for him, which is parrot for, "I love you, and want to marry you" So, um, yes, I don't actually remember much from the review itself I also haven't tried to watch it again because, well, hormonal parrots aren't my favorite thing to deal with.

The differences between the UTA1 and 2 are minor. Pete said if you have a UTA1 and you're happy, don't even worry about the 2. They were all changes to just make the original design more reliable and function better. I think he tweaked the juice flow sleeve, and maybe even made the posts less likely to spin? Things like that. I think he also removed the big "UTA" lettering on the juice flow sleeve.

Yeah, I really liked the UTA logo on the juice control though
