I've seen and heard good things about them. I build my own as it's cheap and easy. You still have to fiddle around with coils even if someone else wraps it so you might want to reconsider buying them. Pinching, firing, rewicking, and adjustments are all a part of using an rda. Is all the work worth it? Most definitely. Nothing beats the flavor or cloud of an rda. Twisting a wire around a screwdriver is a small part of the process as you will find out shortly. Good luck and have fun with whatever rda you have. :)

Thanks for the good advice I am going to give these a try .
I'm actually using these with the Kanger Subtank RBA plus. They work really well. Like the previous poster said though, you still have to fiddle around with it.

for easier microcoils, consider getting a coilermaster jig. Thing is stupid easy once you work it out and builds the prettiest coils you've ever seen.

All over the place
Has anyone tried Youde pre built coils. I'm new to rdas and want to try. Before I go buy a spool of kanthal I want to try out these pre built coils to see if rdas are for me.

Never tried the pre-built coils (nor will I ever), but to all of the people that will tell you not to buy those let me tell them: UD's Clapton wire is awesome! This is not for the OP.

p.s. Get a Kuro Coiler (a real one).

That's true. Online I can get a roll of kanthal and a huge bag of organic cotton for little over $10.

I wanted to try these first because I don't have a ohm meter yet. Money is kinda tight. But I heard that I could use my sigelei mini 30w as a ohm meter until I get one. I still want to buy tobh as my first rda. I am currently using a smok vct a1.

i would suggest using the sig mini as an ohm meter for the time being. Its accurate enough for your purposes. If you start subohming on mechmods, then get a real ohm meter. Just avoid building anything below .6 ohms, as you don't really have enough power for that.

coiling is fun and pretty easy. I would suggest getting a roll of 26g kanthal, as it seems the most versatile to me.

I've been using there clapton wire (on a spool, image below) and it's been working really nicely.

Are you sure I can't go below .6ohm
Because I am currently using a Smok Vct A1 subtank with a .3ohm atomizer. On the atomizer it says 15w-25w. I'm getting pretty good vapor at 23w on my Sigelei mini 30w. Do you get more power using a subtank versus an rda? I'm just wondering! I'm still learning.

well you certainly can go lower, just seems like whats the point of subohming to the extreme if you also are going low wattage. at 23 watts at .3 ohms your voltage is only 2.6 or so, where a .5 ohm coil would be 3.3 volts, and a .7 ohm would be 4 volts. I mean the measurements don't really matter, but i would likely run a .5 or higher coil at your wattage. Heck, i run .7ohm coils in my subtank usually at 22 or 23watts.

basically you aren't doing anything wrong, just not what i do.
