Beauty! Thanks so much dude, I really appreciate the save you just made for me. The one I linked was marketed for cleaning atties, I just didn't want to spend lots of money, more for new mods :D

I try to search for the least popular use for any given item as I have seen the same sku# on an item with 4 different prices when marketed for different uses.

I grabbed one that was listed as an ultrasonic cleaner for eye glasses. Not very spacious but for ~20 USD, it does what I need done even if it does take a couple of cycles to get all parts I want cleaned. ;)

Have you guys used them to clean atties? I always see threads on Atty cleaning and seriously, I have tried it all. I know almost all of us use rebuildables now, but I still use my UFS a lot and like to drip when I am relaxing.

Anywho, I can never get an atty to perform even acceptably after cleaning it. I have tried boiling, syringe cycling, Isopropyl alcohol, vodka, and straight PG cycling and they always work like crap after. I even de-bridge them sometimes, which is just a sign of being desperate.

I know some people just throw them in the ultrasonics and swear they work well afterwards. Any experience or thoughts?

510 Bridgeless Low Resistance Atomizer

If not,WTH are you waiting for :)

I pass hot water through them and they are good as new...perhaps a blank draw or 2 at 1st but then its weeeeeeee

Nope, but I was thinking about it. Putting a huge order through with Tom early this week, I'll grab some on your good word. I just wish they had SS ones. I hate that black coating crap.

Its tough;I even tighten them with pliers a few times before I saw the coating tearing.

You could steal the 2 x smaller o rings from the GGTS connector and use those in the UFS until you get replacements.

I would not try to use either the collector tank itself or the pin from the GGTS as those are differently sized to the UFS eqivalents.
But could you forego buying the collector tank and just the "tank parts" from the UFS to have a complete UFS? (i.e. will the UFS base/bottom cup thread onto the GGTS collector tank?)
