UFS keeps leaking

So I have been using my UFS attachment for a couple of years without any issues and it started leaking. I took it apart and realized it was missing a 2mm/1mm o ring. I ordered some o rings and got it put together correctly. It has the 4mm/1.5mm on the bottom and the two 2mm/1mm o rings on the inside and it seemed like it was working fine. I came back to it a hour later and all the juice had leaked out of the tank. I have no idea what is going on. I am thinking maybe an issue with the top o ring by the mouthpiece putting too much pressure on the atty and it is making the atty loose but when I take it apart the atty is still on there tight and looks flush so I have no idea how it is leaking. Do I even need the top o ring since I have the stainless steel tip screwed on there and not a regular drip tip. Any input would help. Thanks.

Can worn out threaded connections of the tank, time.
If the ring top condition is good, then the only thread.
My UFS V3 o-rings on the parts tank no. Everything tight.
There are only o-ring mouthpiece.

Yes you need that top o-ring otherwise juice would dump right out the mouthpiece. I would try a different atty and re-lube all o-rings if that doesn't fix it possibly try new o rings.

Yea maybe I will try a new atty. It is the exact same brand attys I have been using for a few years though. I have only been using the stainless steel tip for a few months as I always connected a drip tip before that. I did take the top o ring off and used the unit for a few hours with no problem and the stainless steel tip feels like it goes on a lot easier without pressure. I can tell whenever I put the stainless steel tip on with the o ring that it seems like it would make the o ring really tight against the atty extender so I am really thinking that it is causing the atty to loosen a little when I turn it counter clockwise to close the UFS. All the threads look great and all the o rings are in good condition so that is the only thing I can think of. I also took the stainless steel tip off and just used a drip tip which puts less pressure on the o ring and it also did not leak like that. I guess I will just have to make sure I keep it upwards.

That top o-ring should stay well lubed. Also the mouthpiece should be put on tight then unscrewed a bit so it doesn't tighten down as much on the atomizer. Tightening it should seat the o-ring then back it off a bit so it isn't squeezed as much.

That o-ring plays a few purposes 1st it keeps juice from just flowing into the mouthpiece if you set it on it's side or if it should get turned upside down. Second it creates a seal so you don't flood to easily. With it gone if you draw hard or close your draw controll to muhc juice will just flood into the atomizer because there is no seal keeping the juice in.

exactly as fright said on his last post dusty. Put your o-ring back and dont screw the mouthpiece hard on it

This is a long shot but is it possible that could you be using an incorrectly sized o-ring under the top cap/mouthpiece?
