This last time I took my UFS apart for cleaning I made sure to lube the air control ring's threads and o-ring with vaseline. If you haven't already tried this I'd give it a shot. Mine turns very nicely now.

+1
I was so excited when I first got my UFS that I assembled, filled and began vaping. It worked great. But, after the first tank, I took it apart and put vaseline on every o-ring and thread. NOW it really is flawless. The juice control and air control are silky smooth and effortless.

Just took the bottom o-ring off the adapter...and it has improved it a lot, especially with LR attys.
First, the draw has gotten much looser and is a lot better, given you can still control the draw with the CR, its awesome.
Second, the performance. I first used an LR atty from Health Cabin, it was below average. It was not producing much vapor and always flooded. Now, with the second o-ring off i can leave the juice pretty much open all the way, sometimes i close it off a half turn if i slow down on the vaping, but the vapor production has improved 100 fold! Still early days since i just did it about an hour ago, will leave more feed back with it as the day goes on tomorrow and have it out with me.

But the conclusion so far is that this has not only made the UFS tank turn easier, but it has also improved the draw as well as the vapor production so far from what i can tell so far.

Imeo, awesome work! with 2 o-rings it is great but with 1 (so far) it is awesome!!!!!!!

thanks Mikey my friend. I put 2 o-rings only for safety, one was enough. I do this all the time to be sure that I did a nice job but to leave an "open window" too for further changes. I did the same with CR when I left place for an o-ring that I never put there but just in case someone had a problem with AD he could put it in place.

I agree with all the above post`s the draw is what it should be now, the control ring actually does something now and no more burnt taste, and I can move the juice control a lot easier.
Again early days as I only took the o-ring off about 1 hour ago, but all seems good. Thanks for the head up on this adjustment Imeo.once again it shows why we are all GG fans,I mean what other maker gives this sort of customer service.
Thank you again Imeo

It's been a week now with this change in place. No leaks and perfect feeding with my super thick VG. It worked good before, it's flawless now - well done!

Edit: Forgot to mention another thing that helped fix the issue as well. Opening the juice control fully actually fed less for me than leaving about 1/2 MM up from being completely open. I can't explain why, but I sometimes would get dry hits with super thick juice and the JC fully open. Closing it slightly delivers perfect juice flow for me. Now it makes sense why Imeo said to start tweaking from midway open to full. I figured since I had super thick juice I should have started fully open (big mistake).
