When I get home, I'm going to try vaping something else instead of my daily vape juice. I hope that helps!! I'm really not sure if it's my atty or my juice. Whatever it is it's not satisfying and hasn't been for the last couple of days so I'm going to have to do something!! I'm on day 18 without a cig and I sure don't want to mess up. This is the longest I've been without a cig in 30 years!!!

That happens to EVERYone from time to time. I have a bottle of 30mg unflavored juice I go to when that happens. The unflavored actually does have a mild sweet-ish taste to me. It also helps to have more than one "favorite vapes" ... I go back & forth through the day with RY4 and Cinnamon Red Hots ... from one end of the spectrum to the other on taste: tobacco to hot candy.

We've got your back. You can do it; if you were to even light an analog at this point, I don't think you could choke down a lungful of smoke, anyway.

What PV are you using? It could be that your atty is partially clogged.

I tried to start at 12mg, but had to go to 18mg for when I'm not getting enough oomph. I want to bring down my nic level eventually, but as my wife keeps telling me, the important thing is I'm staying off analogs.

Good luck finding a good flavor from the juice cellar tonight.

Thanks Sweeney! Bad thing is I probably could. I don't think that miracle hasn't happened to me yet, but I sure don't want to test it. That's what I like about this board. Everyone helping eachother. It's just awesome. And who knows, maybe my post will help a newbie.

Sometimes this is just the last of the withdrawal symptoms. There's a 2 - 3 week withdrawal (at least for me). Also, several things can effect nicotine in e-juice... example heat and sunlight are rumored to break it down some. Also, if your e-cig setup is not performing at 100% anymore (as happens with age/use of the atty/carto) it doesn't deliver the nic as well.

I 2nd the cleaning advice. If it is an atty, you can try cleaning it. Maybe just blowing it out real well will help. Otherwise, run some hot tap water through it (blowing it out several times). Final blow-out and dry. Don't warm burn it or other such except as a last resort. Prime the cleaned atty with 3 drops or so of juice.

Nausea is usually a symptom of too much nic more often than any flavor issues. If you think the issue for you is tobacco withdrawal... not lack of nicotine...you really have to push through it. It will pass soon. You'll be surprised.

Still pushing through it. It's not as bad as it was. I think one of my problems too is that I don't eat enough. When I have tried to quit smoking other times, I remember my dad telling me that he didn't think I ate enough. For a while I was good about grabbing a breakfast bar or something in the morning and lately I haven't been doing that. I had a bowl of cereal for lunch today and that was all so I think that had something to do with it.

Sometimes we mess up cravings... thirst, hunger, caffeine, nicotine, other stuff in tobacco. Vaping isn't 100% the same. Some people crave tobacco and use snus (Swedish snus is theorized/?studied? to be safer..note I didn't say safe). I'm not an expert here. Just mentioning that some seem to "need" the tobacco.

The references you see on this site for WTA is for Whole Tobacco Alkaloids. Some e-juices have these, some don't. I can't recommend them one way or another, since my personal goal is to be as tobacco free as I can get... including skipping WTAs. However, some say they help.

I'm guessing that you can make it with your current e-juice. Make sure you stay hydrated, do the food thing you were discussing, clean the atty if you think it isn't 100%, and stick with it!!!!!!!! You can do it! Keep researching here on ECF and elsewhere. Remember that your blood carbon monoxide levels are virtually non-existent now, your lungs are clearing up, you are detoxing, and getting healthier. Hang in there!

Great advice.. As for the snus, I would disagree.. I quit smoking, and went to snus.. After two years snusing I had stomach problems..Thanks to vaping, I'm tobacco free..
