if you are using only the usb charger into a PC or wall adapter be careful that you don't let the weight of the batt bend the usb charger prong over time...or someone or something can bump into it..... its best if you can put it into a place to charge where the battery can stand straight up and in a secure location....see attched

:( I've only had it for a week. Have not smoked since Monday. I should have bought 2 chargers.
I sent a message to customer service, hope they can help.:)
Maybe I can take it apart and fix it ? But then I guess I could not return it for a replacement.

Hi nycsublimegirl.
I was very careful with it. I do charge in the vertical position, like your pic.
The red light comes on, but there is no voltage at the battery connection.
It also has that burnt electrical smell to it. I've been an electrician for 24 years, so I know that smell.

yeah no i would advise not to use it... just giving a heads up with the best way for all to do it.
