I sent a message to customer service, hope they can help.
Maybe I can take it apart and fix it ? But then I guess I could not return it for a replacement.
I'm sorry to hear about your charger. Just keep in mind, I don't think customer service is open on the weekends, so you may not hear back from them until Monday.
if you are using only the usb charger into a PC or wall adapter be careful that you don't let the weight of the batt bend the usb charger prong over time...or someone or something can bump into it..... its best if you can put it into a place to charge where the battery can stand straight up and in a secure location....see attched

I was very careful with it. I do charge in the vertical position, like your pic.
The red light comes on, but there is no voltage at the battery connection.
It also has that burnt electrical smell to it. I've been an electrician for 24 years, so I know that smell.

I sent a message to customer service on Sat., about my broken USB adapter, and have not heard from them ?
Maybe they are busy packing and shipping all that good BLOOG stuff ?
Hopefully I can charge all my batts before this one dies.
