If not made illegal they would most likely be made prescription only in controlled doses.

Will most likely be taxed to hell and back if not made prescription only.

Will definantly require years of research and millions of dollars for an FDA review just to get approval mean while we will all be back on the marbs.

FDA won't even try for prescription only. Then they'd have to make patches, gum, lozinges, inhalers, etc. prescription only as well, and that would never fly.

Tax the hell out of it? Yeah, that sounds about right.

Don't these people remember the era of the Speakeasy during Prohibition? They couldn't stop alcohol then, and they won't stop vapeing today! I can see it all now... Illegal vapeing bars springing up all across the country. Millions spent to crack down on underground "bathtub eJuice" factories. Unconstitutional search and seizure of anyone who buys too many rechargeable batteries. Flapper girls in short skirts selling disposable ecigs from a tray in vapor filled rooms. (Actually, it sounds like it could be fun!)

One way or another, I will NOT go back to analog cigs! Give me vapes or give me death!
