So, I understand that a whole new bundle of regulations regarding ecigs will come into affect in 2016 (for the UK). I'm struggling to find more detailed information about what shape the regulations will take. As far as I am aware they will become licensed goods that only pharmaceutical corporations can sell. Is this along the right lines...? Does anyone have a link or know where I can find the actual laws that will be coming into affect in 2016..?
