UK Forum sticky suggestions

Hi folks

So I'm sitting here, thinking, the UK Forums could use some love. Some attention etc.

We've got very little in the way of sticky posts in here and rather than me try to guess what stickies might be useful, I though I'd pose the question to you.

So, what (if any) stickies or otherwise would you like to see on the UK Forum?

Some might be quick and easy to set up, others may be impossible to implement, but I'd just like to see if there's any opinions regardless. If it can be made to work, then it will be done.

I'd like to see local meets for example, where I'm from vaping is still very new, and if you use anything more advanced than an EGO people simply don't get it (just where I live I'll stress, last time I was in Sheffield I was blown away with the mods people were casually rocking on the way to work all suited and booted - Northumberland (that I've seen) is nothing like that!)

So yeah, rambling here - just want ideas *if there are any* that you have a burning desire to see on his sub forum, and I'll see about setting it in motion.

Hit me via PM if you don't want to post here and I'll collate the suggestions and work out how viable it all is.

Of course, if you are happy with the way things are and don't see the need to tinker, that's also valuable input

A few of us use zamplebox so that might come in handy or maybe just one that would cover all box subscriptions.

Personally, I'm pretty much happy with the UK forum - perhaps a best/favourite liquid suppliers sticky? It's a question often asked and can also include DIY liquids/flavouring suppliers too.
It could also include details of shipping costs and times, mostly for UK suppliers details but some US ones would be useful too.

I agree. A quick search comes up with useful threads (and I think there are a couple fairly recent ones i.e. in the first page of the UK forum) but collating a list of recommended UK suppliers would be fantastic. juice and/or gear imo.

Ok, so suggestion for an e-liquid sticky/UK DIY sticky sounds doable. I'll go over any pitfalls and pencil something in for this Sunday (believe it or not I'll not have a chance to sit down and look at it properly until then)

A sticky on using Fasttech would be useful, I think - e.g., get your bill over $20 to qualify for free faster shipping, the meaning of "authentic" and "styled", and be sure to check out reviews and forum posts to get the atty version most suitable for your needs/wallet.

And for balance, perhaps a sticky for British-made mods and devices?

Yes agreed. Info on fasttech mods/clones etc can be found by searching and sometimes the "anyone here used fasttech" thread diverts back to a discussion on fasttech but some general pointers would be useful. The kind of things you've mentioned I think most people would figure out but it's worth repeating.

It'll be a fair amount of 'work' but on the same topic. A thread for wick/wire suppliers maybe? I've seen one on UKV but not sure if it is updated ever.
