Well that seems like good news. They can't pass a blanket ban on the rest of us.
I wonder if it's because they thought the public would baulk at the price of a proposed "vaping hut" this close to an election.
Nah, I guess they figured out that they shouldn't do the same mistake as with smoking. Once you move it out of the building you can never bring it back in. So they don't let it go out in the first place.
