I, like others, have been shocked to see UKV taken down so quickly.
I'm relatively new to vaping (2-3 weeks) and lurked on both UKV and this forum, and have found both to be very friendly and helpful to a newbie.
Deciding to only register at one, I chose UKV as it was based in the UK, which I felt would better serve my needs for suggestions on vendors etc.
I've nothing against this forum, indeed when I saw UKV closed down I straight away remembered this one and registered.
Having bought from TW before I came across any forums, I was pleased with their service. I then purchased a product which I developed a fault and attempted to phone then. Finding the lines to be busy for over an hour, I left a voicemail with my details, order number and description of fault.
When no-one got back to me, I posted on UKV asking if a representitive of TW was present as I know alot of vendors post both here and there. I was told not to expect much due to 'recent events'. I had no idea what these were, and although I'd heard TW mentioned alot, it wasn't until today that I twigged what TW stood for (I assumed it was a product!)
In any case, disgusted to see the way business has been conducted and will certainly never order from there again.
On a more positive note, thanks for having me. Although I'm a new user both here and on UKV I contributed to a few discussions so hopefully some will recognise the name.
