You are correct, that is them. They have a kiosk on our mall who way over inflate their prices. I'm ashamed to admit how much money I've burned on them (thousands). Definitely not saving money compared to smoking, but I felt it was worth it to quit. I chickened out ordering from online sites because there's no store to complain to when product doesn't work, which happens often. I think my only option is to take everyones advice and try a few different ones out there and see which ones will work.

Holy crap.
Here's a better kit, for $45. You could shop around that site and pick up an EVOD - it's a popular clearomizer that SHOULD fit your current batteries - it's easy to fill, etc. But either way, "free replacement battery" isn't enough to keep buying there!
All my EGO batteries still work fine - it's trying new juice-tops, and replacing coils that's the ongoing expense. That and juice. All of which you should read about here, and shop online!! Or find a store that's more reasonable...

Oh dear. You did pay a lot. Well, at least you are smoke free, and its hard to put a price tag on that. Hopefully you can find something here that will be better and much more pocketbook friendly. There are so many options that it can be overwhelming.

I've had very good luck ordering things online. If you find an online vendor that looks good, do a quick search on here, or start a thread to ask. That will give you a good idea of their customer service and quality of products. I can be kind of scary ordering stuff online. You don't want to get scammed and stuck with inferior stuff, but continuing to buy from this mall kiosk seems even worse. You already know they are price gouging. The convenience isn't worth it. You can find all sorts of tutorials, videos, and help threads for just about any problem you might have with something you ordered online.

Another idea... You say you are on the east coast, but don't list a specific location. Have you tried searching for brick and mortar vape shops in your area? They are popping up all over the place these days. In the past 6 months or so, we've gotten 3 new ones within 30 minutes of my house. Google 'vaporsearch USA' for a local store locator. B&M shops can be hit or miss. Some jack up the prices a lot, so be sure to do some research on products first to make sure their prices aren't too high. Some mark up is inevitable, since they have to pay overhead for their shops, but things shouldn't be marked up, like, 400%. If you feel more comfortable with hands on help, a good vape shop would be great for you.

Discount Vapers is a very good online vendor. They guy who runs it, Eric, has great customer service. He's got a forum here on ECF and is always around answering questions and addressing concerns.

650 mAh? Powerful? Don't know where they got that information. MilliAmp Hours is a measurement of battery voltage duration/charge capacity, it has NOTHING to do with power. Not to mention that 650 is small, wouldn't last a half day for my vaping. I flatten 1100 mAh during a day's vaping. Moving up to 2600 mAh. If they don't know/can't get that right, move on, they are clueless.

Seems everyone have given you great advice!

Some have suggested EVOD's. They're easy to fill, reliable and very easy to replace the heads and rebuild them if/when you are ready. Such similer devices but different looks are as follows : EVOD, MT4, T3, T32, T3s, T4, X6S , REM, V2 , KWX6 , X9 Protank, Protank 2, Protankmini, KWX5, PURITANK, Davide Mini Glassomizer etc. Pick up any of the listed devices and a few replacement heads (heating coils) for easy consistent vap.
All of these are bottom feed heating coils.

I would suggest you look at these.

EVOD Electronic Cigarettes Round Mouth Atomizer: fasttech.com/products/0/10004691/1363501-evod-electronic-cigarettes-round-mouth-atomizer-15
EVOD Electronic Cigarettes Atomizer Heating Core (5-Pack) : fasttech.com/product/1387600

Above totals under 10 bucks and you will be sailing smooth.

You will also need some nice juice. Get them from Mt. Baker. Small samples first. Order 4 or 5 different flavors. I use low nicotine levels (former 10 cigs a day smoker) and low level just right for me.

Cheers.

eVapor eGo eCigarette Kit , is that the kit?

It says its ego batteries, so you should be able to use any tank that will fit egos. T

Thant tankomizer looks like it should have a replaceable head, but I can't find replacements anywhere. There are all sorts of less expensive things you can find to go on top of your batteries. That site does seem very overpriced.

Ah, ECF is not letting the link work. Basically, the link was to the evapor kit on the smoke free site. The contents of the kit is listed:

"The Smoke Free™ eVapor kit is the best thing for the advanced Vapers out there. It will contain two powerful manual eGo™ batteries (650mAh) these batteries are so powerful that they are actually 3 times as powerful as our standard automatic batteries (180mAh). This means, MORE Vaping and less charging!

Each Smoke Free™ eVapor Kit will also sport two double-coil refillable clear Tankomizers. The unique double-coil technology produces a thick, smooth vapor and intensifies the flavor! Each Tankomizer has a 2ml capacity, so, more vaping less refilling!
All these, plus a USB charger with an AC outlet adapter are packed in a luxurious carrying holster!

Contents of the Smoke Free™ eVapor Kit:
1 – 650mAh manual batteries
1 – 1.6ml refillable double coil Tankomizers
1 – USB charger
1 – AC power adapter
1 – Zip-up holster carrying case"

For starters it is saying that the cartomizers are double coil and refillable, sounds to me like they are iClear 16's and not the CE4's. But still with those batteries he will have a wide variety of clearomizers that he can use.

Yep, that's the one. I paid 200$ for it at the mall. Yea, I know, ridiculous.. SMH..

Does the end of your battery look like this:

If so there are a number of alternatives that you can choose from for your juice delivery system. The threads that are I side the top are 510 threads, so any 510 atomizer will work. The threads on the outside are eGo threads, so any eGo threaded atomizer will work. If you choose a 510 atomizer you can get a beauty ring like this:

To cover the eGo threads and improve the look of your rig. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

That's true, it does say double coil. I think she'll be able to find a variety of options to try out and will surely find something to suit her.
