Ok, so I'm new at this and was planning on staring DIY. I went to Freedom Smokes, and was planning on getting the 100mg
UnFlavored Nicotine Smoke juice e-liquid

Then there's these drop downs which were no problem till I got to pg/vg mix. What pg/vg mix is the most common or what's the difference. I though I would as you pro's, before I randomly just pick one.

I'm working in VG as I think I may be a little sensitive to PG. I've also noticed that since I switched to 100% VG vaping doesn't dry me out as much as it did when I was vaping straight PG.

PG = more TH, a bit better flavor, less vapor

VG = less TH, slightly muted flavor, more vapor

I've mixed 80/20 PG/VG and liked it - it's a good balance between vapor and TH.

Q,

I found the easiest way when I started DIY juice. I believe in the KISS theory and try to make things as simple as possible LOL!

At MyFreedomSmokes, they sell VG and PG in nice blue 60 ml bottles. I emptied one of those bottles out and used it to make one big bottle of bulk juice. It was 60 ml and I know that 1 tablespoon equals 15 ml and measuring was easy because I needed no needles. 4TBS would equal 60 ml. Plus the bottle is see-through so you can visually make juice without measuring, once you get good at it:)
I ordered 60 mg concentrate nic juice. I figured I could make 20 mg or 15 mg so easily by doing a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio. I measured out 1 tbs of 60 mg juice and put it into the empty 60 ml blue bottle. I drew a line on the blue bottle with pink nail polish where the nic line was. I then added a teaspoon of 60 mg juice and drew a red line with nail polish on the bottle. (1tbs(15ml)- plus 1tsp (5ml)- equals 20 ml)

My pink line made 15mg juice and the red line made 20 mg juice, depending on which one I wanted to make. Of course, I filled the 60 ml bottle up the rest of the way with straight VG or PG! I filled till the bottle started to taper and then would stop and leave that 1/2 inch empty at the top.

Then I would use that 60 ml of juice and pour it into lil 6ml or 10ml bottles. I would fill them about 85% full and add the flavoring by drops to them.

I've reduced my nic recently and now order 48 mg juice from MFS. My pink line makes me 12mg juice now and my red line make me 16mg. My next step will be ordering 36mg and the pink line will make me 9mg and the red line will be 12mg.

I couldn't have used my simple method if I had ordered 100mg strength. It would have boggled my mind if I didn't have a 100ml bottle to make it in LOL! By ordering 60mg and using a 60 ml bottle, I was able to simply divide it by 1/4 to get to 15mg strength. Or divide that bottle by 1/3 to get to 20 mg strength.

Good luck and wear gloves!

You have posted this in three places minutes apart and Hoosier told you in the sticky that discussing mixing pure nic on the ECF forum is not allowed. I also told you in the sticky you can not mix nic by ml, only by weight for proper proportions. Please do not continue to ask for help on this matter. Rules

This stuff really makes me nervous. Some fool's gonna get himself killed one of these days and make things difficult for the rest of us. I just did a cost comparison per mg and found that at least right now while it's on sale goodprophets 36mg is cheaper than 100mg RTS and I don't have to be nearly as careful messing with it.

I got lucky and bought four of those 36mg 120ml bottles for six bucks apiece - they're $12 now but that's still slightly cheaper than 100mg RTS and IMO a heck of a lot easier to work with.
