Unflavored VG based liquid

Wanted to try unflavored after I saw a fun video that unflavored is like a cigarette (well I know its a joke) but a good nic delivery. My GF said she has this at work.
Can I use it? Just add water and nic?
If yes could anyone tell me the proportions?

It looks OK, in that is is listed as USP grade, although I have not used or seen that brand. You might try vaping a drop or two of it to make sure it tastes OK. As far as proportions go, I make unflavored at 90% VG, 10% distilled water, but more water might be needed, depending on your setup (10-20% seems to work for most people). Regarding nicotine, you will have to state your desired nicotine concentration and that of your nic base for help with that.
