Mlankton, coming out of the gate with #1 and putting blame on me for not getting an order in 12 days...Bah, It just seemed like I posted here to get others opinions and share mine and i was immediately blamed for for something - like its somehow my fault, that's all. All is fair, I have retracted my comment. Apologies.

Look, do you think myself and others in this thread would have been so quick to tell you to give FSUSA a chance despite your bad experience if we didn't think so highly of them? It sounds to me like you aren't the only one who had a delayed order. It sucks, and if I was in your shoes I wouldn't be happy about it either. I just wanted to urge you to give them a chance. David is a super guy, and their juices are really top notch. By the time the dust settles on all this I guarantee you will be satisfied.

For my part I didn't need to point out to you that it wasn't their fault you ran out of juice, but it was not meant as an attack.

Every one of us is reading this particular forum because we think FSUSA is great. I think when this is all over you will too.

My friend (who has waited almost a week for his order) received a very nice email explaining the problem and a very nice apology as well so he doesn't think I'm as big an idiot as he did before. No one intended to "bash" anyone. But when there is a problem it needs to be addressed. My husband and I are self-employed in this "crappy economy" too and understand that you can't please everyone. I also understand very well that glitches happen. And as much as I hate to hear about it when I mess up in my business, I do welcome the feedback so I can fix the problem. I think it was meant more as constructive criticism than "bashing."

I think that you misunderstood the reply to the OP. He was not talking about folks bashing the company, he was talking about the OP being bashed. He did comment that he welcomed the input :)

Why are there 15 people viewing this thread when most others either have none, or 2-3 ?? Strange. Don't even try to tell me that its because FSUSA has great juices.

Could be because it's soo rare for anyone to have a similar experience or because they see a lot of replies being added. I notice a lot many go to the threads with the newest posts or most people viewing.

When ordering, I try and keep in the back of my mind that things happen and it could take a week. It's not just the company responsible for getting it out to us. The post office can and does make mistakes. I had that happen from another company a couple weeks ago. The mailing label was correct the a new worker misread it. I pick my mail up at the post office. It's a good thing, I checked my email in the morning and new it was there so they could look for it. Otherwise somebody would have been enjoying my juice and batteries. I've also seen routing problems, something that should have been here in 2 days took almost a week, because the post office gave it a scenic route.

I have noticed that a couple of my orders have taken a little longer. Not as long as the OP though. I never was really too concerned because I have plenty of juice on hand, but I can see where this could be a problem for someone just getting started in vaping. Being a regular here I also understood that they had just moved into a new store and were probably swamped by the sales. It's also easier to be more understanding once you've tasted those wonderful juices. :)

Your review was very eloquently put and you are keeping an open mind about doing another updated post once you receive your order. I commend you on that. Also, Thank you Freedom Smoke for responding to her complaint in a very professional manner and not taking it personally. That right there says a lot about a company.

OK I have to weigh in. I remember what it was like in the beginning. It didn't take me long to figure out that I needed to stay ahead on my inventory. I had a few nail biters back then. What I learned was that if you don't get a notice that your order was shipped within 2 days to call & check on the order. I also learned that being on a budget that I had to order up when there is a sale which is how I got ahead of the curve a bit.

You aren't going to find many owners that will go to bat for you like Dave & Pam and you definitely aren't going to find better juice anywhere and I think I tried them all before I found FSUSA. Keep us posted on the forum. This is a great group of people & I hang out with them here as much as I can, omg my lunch hour is over and I'm still here...

Well, I'll be honest and tell you why I happened to click on this thread. I noticed the words "unfortunately," "disappointed," and "fsusa" in your subject title. Since I vape only juices from FSUSA, I was curious why anyone would be disappointed with FSUSA. By the way, I've tried liquids from six suppliers, didn't like any of the juices from the other five, and decided to only buy from FSUSA -- within the first two weeks after I started vaping. In fact, I love their RY4 mixed with apple, caramel, and nut mix so much that I recently bought 1,080 mL (nine 120mL bottles) of those juices, which should last me about six months. Those are the only juices I vape, which I do constantly most of the time, except when I'm sleeping or typing messages on this forum.

So, yes, in my case, I'm currently in this thread because FSUSA has great juices (and I've never had any problems with their customer service). Please hang in there with them. I would betcha 980 mL of juice that you won't ever have this problem again from FSUSA!

Having said all that, I do understand why you're not happy. You expected to receive your order within a few days and didn't expect to have to go out and buy cigarettes. I wouldn't like having to buy cigs while waiting for a juice order. I really don't think you'll have this problem again.

LOL my brothers first package from FSUSA took the scenic route, mine usually shows it going from Tuscon and next scan shows it in Jersey, but his went from Tuscon to Tampa then to NJ.

I always figure it will take a week because i know the juices are hand mixed when ordered. I also know, once the post office actually has scanned the package in Tuscon i will get it in 2 days, that is regular as clockwork so far. I am clear across the country but USPS is pretty good about their priority mail

Haters gonna hate. Reserve your comments until you have actually tried this juice and have experienced their superior customer service.

Well stated son et lumiere.

As far as USPS is concerned, I honestly think packages normally get to New Jersey quicker than they do to where I live in East Texas, and I'm just two States over. But that's not FSUSA's problem and the USPS is still faster than any of the others.

I'm like artbyjoni. I usually allow a week for delivery and never had a problem. I also keep my supply built up enough so if anything like extreme weather conditions occur to interfere with delivery, I'm going to be in good shape.

But that's me. I guess some others like to live on the edge.
