Unfortunately disapointed with my first order from FSUSA

That's OK my very first order back in the beginning of Sept I ordered on a Wed it shipped out Thu and I had it in my hands about noon on Fri. :) It's only going across town though probably about 15-20 miles. :lol:

PS- I'll probably start going to the store and not get it shipped at all soon.
Lucky you AZ. is quite a drive for me but if I'm in the neighborhood I will defiantly drop in.

I have been vaping their juice almost exclusively in my short 2 month "vaping career" lol. I spoke to David on the phone on Saturday about an issue and he did sound extremely busy, but was able to help me. I know from dealing with them and from everything that I have read on here, they will always make things right with you, guaranteed!! I love their juice, sales, and most of all, their customer service. I did learn early on, to always be stocked up on juice for at least a week or so

In fact, I love their RY4 mixed with apple, caramel, and nut mix so much that I recently bought 1,080 mL (nine 120mL bottles) of those juices, which should last me about six months.
OMG Deback- you are my hero! Someday, I hope to be that stocked up on FSUSA's juice!! Also, thank you for helping me earlier with my "cartomizer cleaning" post!

I am not surprised to come across a customer with a concern or problem. Every business has a problem or two to deal with. If they don't....they are not selling enough.

I read this thread for one reason. I wanted to see how the business addressed the issue. I've observed a couple of other situations here at ECF where other suppliers did a less than stellar job at customer relations. How a business deals with a problem or concern is important to me. It speaks volumes about how they really feel about their customer base.

I was not disappointed in FSUSA. This is how I would have imagined they would deal with a situation. I read this because I needed to confirm my thoughts about FSUSA.

Customer relations requires a prompt and courteous response. A response that addresses the problem in a professional and polite manner. A response that indicates empathy for the customer without speaking "down" to the customer, like you might if you were speaking to a toddler. It requires a response without anger, malice, or intimidation. A response the includes a possible solution to the problem.

Thank you, FSUSA, for meeting and exceeding my expectations. You've done that with the service you have provided me, with the great juices you provide me, and by your response to this customers concerns.

You have confirmed what I thought I knew about you.

Well, I'll have to admit that I didn't intend to buy that much juice all within a short time. First, I decided to buy the 120mL bottles (since I knew which flavors I liked the best and the price is $10 per 30mL that way), so I bought 24mg and 60/40 PG/VG for the first four bottles (which turned out to be too much nicotine and too much VG, because I like to add my own Glycerin (VG) that I get from Walmart). I had already bought one 120mL bottle at 30mg and 50/50 PG/VG (which was too much nicotine). Then I decided I wanted less VG and less nicotine, so I bought four more bottles at 12mg and 100 PG. When mixing them equally, the final result will be 18mg nicotine and 80/20 PG/VG, which is working out well for me. The total cost for all nine bottles was about 1½ months worth of cigarettes -- and the juice I have will last about six months.

To the OP, do let us know what you think of the juice when it gets to you. I think you'll be very happy with it :)

David, Pam, and everyone else at FSUSA, thanks for taking care of us international customers! You've got a small fan base here in Malaysia :)

wow mikecup, that really blows us away. Hey Pamela and I, we know we can't please everyone. we try our damnest best but no matter what we do, not everyone is going to be satisfied. In the end, we fall back on our juice. it is the best. if you never buy from us, you will miss out on that. But hey, if you want to go elsewhere because we experienced some growing pains we fully understand.
The original op of this thread, we apologized, both here and in email. It is who we are.
No one in this private area we have should ever bash anyone for anything. We don't appreciate it, and don't want it to occur.
Let's move forward shall we? for those of you who "recommended" people to us because of our lightening fast delivery? Pamela and I both apologize. In the coming days, we have fixed everything. we spent a fortune on hardware to make sure everyone gets everything fast.
We also spent a years salary for a high paid person to move into our new store/vapelounge, and that much more to finalize it to be the fiinest of lounges.
We are not corporate goons. We are people. You want to throw your money at billionaires who have everything in stock. hey, we are good with that. Hardware was never our thing in the beginning. We are now throwing a bunch of money at that to fix that too.
In the end you want the best liquid on the planet, please stick with us. The growing pains are over.....
David & Pamela, and of course all the kids, and the employees who are just grateful to have a job in a totally crappy economy...

Oh DUDE--where is your new vape lounge?? I WANNA (not Texas by chance? - where you guys located?) HAHAH - eagerly awaiting the much ballyhood French Toast I got with a newbie discount - and CRAP--I got a new five pack of ego cartomizers in the special to boot).

Well, I ordered 3 - 60mls.... 1- NewPort.... 1- RY4.... 1- Maxboro... Also 30mls of Wyatt Erp, Cappuccino, and RedWine...... and 10mls of PinaColada,IrishCream, HawaiinTropc.

Loaded the RY4 first.... never tried a RY4 before... not sure if its the one for me - kinda tastes like burnt or Balck coffee and tobacco?? is this correct? \And peanut skins?? do i taste peanut skins?? lol I was expecting something much sweeter from the descriptions. Its not bad at all though. Maybe I could be getting the burnt taste from my carto. Prolly. (The flavor is starting to grow on me a little though)
And may I add,,,, THANK GOD THIS ARRIVED!! Finally, I am able to Vape !! No more $%#%ing cigarettes!

I do understand your frustration with the cigs. I went through quite a nightmare when I started vaping. There is so much to know and I made SO many mistakes trying to get set up for my husband, my mom and myself. I was ready to throw in the towel until I found this forum.

Any of the creamier juice does take a little more steep time than the other flavors. But they all get better with age. Most are great right out of the bottle but become amazing with time. You may speed the steep process up a littl by shaking each one very well and letting it sit with the lid off the bottle for 24 hours. It is just amazing how much of a difference in taste that you will get after a little steep time.

I am so glad that you have your order and will not have to revert back to cigs. Please do keep us updated with your progress. We will be watching :)
