I tried to order from your site last night and I was given the message when proceeding to checkout that it was closed until 8AM. No problem I thought. Sure.. it would have been nice to have been told that I wouldn't be able to checkout before taking my shopping cart through the whole store.. but whatever.. you guys are great and I'm going to deal with that crap and wait until tomorrow (today).

So I just woke up and the first thing I do is go to place my order and what do I see? The same damn message about not being order until 8AM? Are you kidding me?

I love your juice but if this is the way you do business then I'll find some other juice to vape.

The front page of the website will have signage stating wether or not we are open. This is viewable before putting any item in your cart and definitely before checkout. To be clear, you cannot get the "closed" notification at checkout without our sign on the front page (they link to the same image).

As for the length of our opening, on our most busy day in 6 months, that too was expected and even a part of our sale description on the front page. In fact, the structure of the sale was due to how much traffic we get on big sale days.

I didn't expect the site to be completely shut down. I thought at the worst Boba's and some other top flavors would be out of stock and that would have been fine by me. But they shut down it down on a day they were advertising a sale. Why even advertise it if you're just going to shut it down 5 minutes into it? And I did try to order last night with 35% savings but the store was closed. I find it a little ridiculous that online stores close but whatever.. that's not what bothered me. It's having your store completely shut down when you advertise a sale on that day that bothers me.

Ave works differently than your typical vape store. They open at 8am PST, take a certain amount of orders that they can process in that day and shuts down afterwords.

Different vape stores work differently. Vapedudes were in a similar situation, but unlike AVE they used to take orders anytime but they'd take upto a week or more to process them. NiteLiteVapor used to open once a month, take a whole bunch of orders and close down for the rest of the month. After that they only accepted money orders that required you to physically mail it to them and wait for weeks. Pluid comes in stock every now and then. For some mods and accessories you have to queue up months ahead of time. Do you see where I am going with this?

I've said this in another post, vaping is still a relatively niche hobby that requires a lot of research. Before you buy anything new do some research into it. Find out if there are any quirks about the product, what it really does, what the order process is like and what is else involved.

AVE juice is worth working a little to get. I'm sorry your upset but that happens.
Personally their juice is just so good that I could never give up or move on but thats just me.

The most important thing is to keep off the stinky sticks so do what every you need to live longer.
