It is really ironic that New York, LA, and Chicago banned vapping for "public health"

They haven't banned vaping; just where smoking is not allowed. The clean air acts were just the legal justification. It is because of appearance, not air quality.

The irony never ends. The more "toxic air" that is cleared up, the higher WhO guesstimates cancer rates. The cancer rates should be falling 80%, not rising. Why would WHO guesstimate such an increase when the worldOver has been aggressive against cancer causing agents. Which leads me to my next line of thought.
Perhaps The smog layer protects the city from other hazards, such as nuclear fallout. Follow the nuclear testing events since the 30-40's and see for yourself that the places with the most smog, the most smokers, have the least cancer.
