Hmmm..... there may be a product idea someone should offer (hint hint).....

I googled nicotine test strips and only got ones for saliva and urine to see if nicotine is in ones system.
I was thinking it might be a good idea for an enterprising vaping-supplies vendor to offer test strips one could spread some nobacco juice on to get a reading. If nothing else as a sort of "our juice is spot-on, and you can even prove it to yourself".

And DIY'ers could benefit. Even those who do a little mixing of pre-made juices could double-check their assumptions based on the ratios they chose for their custom blend.

(vaping USA No.7 at ~21mg as we speak - thanks to Kimmy's 24mg swap offer and the bottle of 18mg I had here in reserve...)

Thanks for the words of support for my sister in law's condition. I'm not sure of the vendor of her juice as she's in Alabama and I'm in Fla and our schedules don't allow a lot of direct communication.
Her daughter was the one to pass on the news of her DRs. on the spot diagnosis as to the cause of her problem.
As in mom's po'd that her BF threw out her stuff based on what the Dr. said. So it could have just as easily been a P.A. or a nurse.
But either of those should know better also. And I'd like to say that yes her BF did over react by doing what he did.
I was tired at the time and outraged by the thought that some one would destroy her stuff just based on either an uninformed statement or as Snow said maybe a misunderstanding of what was said. At least that is what I hope happened as in the misunderstanding. But if the Dr. did say it he may have been at the end of a long shift at the ER and tired and stressed out. I know I've said some weird stuff due to lack of sleep and stress.
