Unique RM2 Problem!!!

Put new contacts in Reo awhile ago and a new brass RM2 on top. I CANT oversquonk. Even with a full 6 ml bottle I have to press real hard, it's an old bottle so its soft enough. I can compress bottle to half of its diameter and it WILL NOT overflow or leak juice anywhere. I cant even get juice to come out of airhole if I press very hard. Some would think that this is no problem at all, I guess that's right but my other Grand with RM2 seems to squonk more normal, if I press to hard it comes out the airhole. It makes my brass RM2 very hard to squonk but again there are no leaks anywhere. Anybody ever encounter this and is something wrong? Thanks for time.

typical problems that cause hard squonking are;
bottle over tight or o ring out place causing a kind of air lock.
Gunk in the pin / tube, run a piece of kanthal through the 510 and the tube to make sure it's clear.
Gunk in RM2 path or center pin to tight. Try swapping RM2 and see if problem follows the RM2.

Be sure to have a notch in the bottom of the tube as well, to prevent suction against the bottom of the bottle. Pull the bottle cap down the tube slightly to see if this is the problem.

unscrew the top of the bottle and then screw it back on.
