However, the glass tubes will NOT fit the current slims. So I can certainly replace current slim tubes with the original tubes. His glass comes in metric sizes, so he has adjusted the tank caps for the future slims.
I have a few extra slim tubes for your current slim if you need one.

From what I understand, Ash is going to be making future slims with glass tubes. He is charging me 5.00 extra per tank for the glass.

You will love it. The shimmer in these cannot be captured on camera. Same goes for the far right. And the pearl in the blue is beautiful, too!! I wish I could afford the purple. I honestly don't know. As you can probably see, he has certainly come a long way from the first ones he did a year ago. All he told me was "wait till you see how I improved the finish on these, Cat. They are gleaming"! It has to do with a certain "grit"? and he got a new fancy lathe from what I hear, too. Hope all is well with you Low.Here are a few tanks up for sale. They were not paid for when ordered, so back up for sale. I have taken a shot from two sides. The two on the right have bottom caps coming this week. I sent them back for a little adjusting. If I can't get a carto through the bottom cap, I assume a few others won't be able to either and always send them back for a slight adjustment. If you see one of those you like, I will be able to ship them before I go on my cruise this next weekend. The caps will be here in time. $53.00 total. That includes shipping with tracking.
