My buddy has an aspire nautilus mega on an mvp 2 and for some reason it's burning through atomizer like crazy they are supposed to be 1.8 ohm atomizer and his mvp is saying it's reading anywhere from 1.8 all the way to up to 2.2 no idea what's going on any ideas

Are you sure it's an Aspire nautilus Mega? Could it be a Kanger?

The 1.8-2.2ohm isn't much to worry about though. That's fairly common.

It shouldn't be burning through them like crazy. Not on an MVP 2. I personally find the MVP underpowered for my Nautilus mini. To me it performs best around 12.5-13 watts and the MVP 2 just can't quite get there. I burned one coil up last night when I was switching out. I primed it, filled the tank, then did a few test pulls to make sure it was ready and hit the power button - instant burnout. Very nasty taste. Swapped out the coil, but this time I let it sit for an hour before powering it up. It's working fine now.
