I know this really has nothing to do with ecigs so if I have this in the wrong forum let me know. But I do think it is important for anyone that has experienced this problem.
I spend a lot of time on the internet and especially this forum. A while back I started getting severe migraines and bad headaches. For the longest time I could not pinpoint what was causing this. I did everything from changing my diet, eliminating caffeine, prescription migraine medicine, and countless other trials of the silliest things you could imagine trying to figure this out
So I did some more searching on the internet and read about this guy who was having the same problem and said he cured this by changing the refresh rate of his monitor. So I read on,,, sounded good,,, so I said what the hell... I changed the refresh rate on my monitor from 57 hertz to 75 hertz and laughed to myself and went on about my business........
6 months later........ MO MORE HEADACHES !!!!!!!!! I mean not even 1...... And sometimes I'm on computer 10 or 12 hours a day. I just thought this was amazing and probably a cure for many people that have had similar experiences. I know a lot of people here spend countless hours on this forum and many more so if this may pertain to you,,,,,, try it......... The results are almost immediate.
Most of the time this can be done either by right clicking on your desktop and going to where you can change the resolution of your monitor. Or if you have a program or software that controls your video card you can change it through that.
Hope this helps somebody
