unsubscribing from a thread...?

I was trying to unsubscribe to some threads..so I cl the link and I get this...An invalid threadid or forumid was specified.

This can happen when the thread is deleted or moved into an area that is no longer publicly accessible. Please PM me and include the link to the thread and I can remove the subscription for you.
