Update on First Advanced/Pre-Order....

I see, darn, so I wont see any of my goodies till after december. Oh well, since the presale started, I placed 3 orders at COV and 2 orders at esmoke guru. I asked them both to combine the shipping and send all items in one package. Do you think they will do this. I kept going back and ordering things that I thought I might need in the future. The shipping especially at esmokeguru is quite alot because of the international shipping costs and hope they can do the combined shipping cost. I think its 10.00 per shipment. I would save alot of money if COV and esmoke guru would do this. Thank you

Unanswered CS tickets are Justin's specialty, he just is not the CS rep that Bruce was. I had to email Bruce directly to get any answers and even then I had to wait some for a response and still waiting on one now. I must say that I am a little disappointed that my only option for GG stuff is CoV at this point. Maybe Imeo should branch out?

You'll get your order's in one package but you won't be reimbursed on the shipping charges....I have never been reimbursed...I guess they consider it a handling fee?

Idk about that. In the past, twice I've been reimbursed for multiple shipping fees across several orders, and once Bruce gave me the balance from the additional shipping fees by sending extra Ody wick and silver NR wire, which I specifically requested and he happily obliged to do.

I was able to get mine on the first pre-order. Sorry you missed it. But Imeo said he is not making the brass connector any more after this one.
I got lucky and found one of those on the classifieds.

Yeah, I was just hoping to have a brass GGTS by christmas - -remember, these were parts, not entire GGs, Rivernut -- and now I just hope I have it before valentine's day.......

Ahahahaha, idk about that. Bruce did that for me long before my youtube channel started picking up steam. Your best bet is to shoot him a PM here on the forums, I'm pretty sure he'll be happy to obliged any reasonable requests.

When I have had more than one order, its combined and shipping is upgraded. So you really get your money, unless you have like 4 or 5 orders to combine.

I got an email from COV saying they shipped one of the orders, I think they are combining the orders so I crossing my fingers, that by the end of the week I might have some goodies.

Im hoping e-smokeguru sends me a shipping order now.
