Hi all,

Sorry I have not been around this past week. My Mother Had a hysterectomy...she is on the road to a full recovery! I have had limited access to the forum on my iphone.

We are working on all the CS issues...including email notifications and response times. I know everyone wanted this fixed yesterday....but we are doing our best to getting onto a smooth road for all!

Mainly the things that went unanswered by me were the technical issues that LEAFORD is now tackling... He has all the engineering specs and product knowledge. I know it was frustrating for all with his PC issues, but they have now been resolved...and he is back to actively addressing your concerns.

Chris (head of CS) is now up to speed enough to begin to try and post in the forum as well.

Mike is also throwing his hat in the ring and will be posting as "thebaldeagle".

Their presence here will be great as I have stated i am unfortunately not in the Bloog offices day to day.

The main problem has been stock and CS.... and we are anxiously awaiting stock as well as website fixes and I promise to notify you all as soon as there is news.

Is there an update on when Mike and Chris will be joining us on this sub-forum? I know it takes a few days to get set up.

It's great that Leaford is back, but my feeling is that he has more than enough to deal with answering the technical questions, and really should not have to deal with customer service and stock issues, especially since he is in China. I understand that Toni is not in the Bloog offices day-to-day, so that is not something she can deal with regularly enough either.

I think there really needs to be one or two other Bloog representatives (hopefully Mike and Chris) who are on here daily and frequently to address customer service and stock issues, as well as address all the questions that are brought up by the customers who post here. I see so many questions go unanswered. And again, Leaford should not be expected to do this alone; it seems his time would be better spent with the manufacturers and answering technical questions.

So, when can we look forward to a reliable customer service face and voice of Bloog to join us?

Yes, that will be great (actually a blast) if you are one of them too,....but again, it will be too much for just one person. And I think it is more common than not that actively involved owners of the business have a presence on their sub-forum. There are some companies who even have most of their employees contributing daily to the questions and banter. Just my :2c:.
