Well, for a quick rundown, I started on a V2 cig-a-like and pre-loaded cartos. At the time, my son who had already been vaping for months told me I should have started with an eGo. I moved up to an eGo with CE-4 clearos and mini BCC clearos.

Since then I've moved up to a Sigelei Zmax V5 and today have a Sigelei 20 Watt (SX200) on order. Egos are great for portability, but are limited in features. My wife and I still have several. My recommendation would be a variable voltage/wattage device. Check youtube for reviews of the various VV/VW devices out there and then decide from that and from reviews you read here on ECF. You have come to the right place.

I would say unless you really like the smaller form factor of the vv3, get an mvp 2.0. It's a super versatile device that is easy to use, performs well and has amazing battery life. Also, the MVP is about the best travelling companion money can buy.

It is pretty simple to use, one button for wattage and one for voltage ( your choice).I prefer wattage as it stays consistent no matter what topper you're using.
