Look under model specific reviews or use the search ECF with google search box for reviews. As for where, heres a link directly to the manufacturer. I am sure they can send you to an approved vendor. For whats its worth I started w a 2 pc cigarette looking system and quickly got the eGo-c starter kit. I takes endless cartos and attys and tanks etc... I actually purchased a VV mod recently and I keep going back to my eGo for my all day vape.
Good Luck

I love eGO-T and Inferno systems above all else. They are excellent with tanks and 2.0 low resistance single coil cartos....you want a hotter vape you can do dual coil cartos with extra capacity, but I prefer the mellowness of the single coils. There is a learning curve with the tanks but it's easily accommodated. Make the jump and you won't regret it.

I would say the EGO or KGO.You can't get in trouble with them.
What he said. Go with either the 1000mAh or 1100mAh battery option. They're only a little bit longer than the 650s, and well worth it for the increased battery life.

I started with, and still use a ego clone, the EGO-W - it comes with F-1 clearomizers. I got my kit from ecigsunlimited, you can follow the preceeding link. I ordered extra F-1s and some Dekang until I hit the half-kilo weight to maximize what I got for shipping costs.

I've been using eGos from about the middle of the original eGo - I held off on the hype - which turned out not to be - and the first eGo-mega upgrade with larger cartridges. Through the eGo-t and now the eGo-c - I'd say there is no better time to upgrade than there is now if you stay with the Joye products. That said - I'd stay with the A type attys and atty holders right now. While I had good luck with the t's except for some flavor washout and burning with some flavors, the c's have none of that with the flavors I use. With the emphasis on battery safety the new protection added with the c's and the 'upgrade' batteries are a good development, imo. Not sure if other manufacturers are there yet on those aspects but they may be.

Yes you can vape 510 threaded cartos directly on the eGo batts - the EMDCC's are good performers as are the boges. You can vape other threaded cartos with adapters for the eGo.

This is something a lot of people get confused on. An eGo is just a 510 threaded battery. You can get them in "kits" that come with atomizers, cartomizers, tanks, etc. I personally never boutht an ego kit. Instead I made my own by buying a charger, 2 900 mah ego batts (biggest they had back then), and some boge cartomizers. I stuck with those for a couple years. Only recently have I moved on from them as their quality seems to have gotten worse. But don't get confused by the "kits". Just because that's what it comes with, doesn't mean that's what you have to use. All eGo batteries and knockoffs will have the same 510 connection that a blu has. As long as it says eGo on it that is. Hope this helps.

I figure I've spent a few hundred bucks getting to where I wanted to be and where I ended up was with 1100 mAh KGO batteries and 1.7 ohm single-coil Smoktech cartos in homemade ghetto tanks. I haven't felt the urge to buy moar hardware in about seven months, so I'd say it works ;)

I'm glad to hear this comment, Wizard!!! It sounds EXACTLY like me. I just ordered a KGO 1100 mah and it should be in my mailbox tomorrow. I cannot wait. I've been messing with kr808dd-1's since January, and while I love the fact that I was able to get off analogs completely using them, they are starting to bother me because I always have to have one charging, and they lose their ooomph or power fairly quickly and need to be replaced often. I can't wait to have one that lasts all day long. My husband still smokes analogs (although he is really trying to quit) and he's not interested in the e-cigs because he sees how much trouble I go through with the kr808d's and I think he might change his mind once this KGO gets here and he can try it.

I really liked the idea of the tank systems like the Ego - T, but it got such bad reviews that I decided to not to buy it. I hope someone makes a better tank system someday. Since I've only really used cartomizers since I started, I'm interested to see how this atty thing works. Never vaped with one. I do have two 6ml tanks that work well with the kr808d's but I think they look funny, like I'm getting ready to feed a rabbit or other small animal haha. So I really only used the tanks at home, and since the cartos died on them, I have not made an effort to replace them yet.

Anyhow, Excited to try the KGO tomorrow after lots of money spent so far. I hope it helps my pocket book. :)

413Dream - Check out clearomizers. They're like tanks, but not as funky looking. My ecig in my picture is the ego-w on my VV ego batt, and it's basically a beefier clearomizer. With the metal cover that goes over it, I think it looks REALLY slick. It even comes with a cap that you can screw on over the mouthpiece with a pen clip :)
