Don't get caught up in the subohm jazz. I'm not against it. I have three setups below one ohm right now. It is very easy to get great flavor and vapor from a single coil that is well over one ohm. But when I want more flavor and vapor I use two coils and all of a sudden I am subohming. Reallity breaks down and I get spaghettified as if drawn into a black hole.

Oh okay lol and we'll I notice with all my Coils they work different?.. Their all the same brand same ohm but some taste burnt when I get around 4 volts others taste perfect all the way up to 5? Any input on that? Also I'm loving this setup so much I'm probably going to stay with this one, the whole setup is tiny and just so perfect lol

Hello, every coil will be a little different usually, aside from being new, compared to the old used one that you just changed out.

Prime the new coil well with a few hard primer puffs(even until it gurgles a little) before you fire and vape the first time. And use a low power setting at the start and gradually increase the power every few puffs until it starts to taste a little off(or burnt), then back off the power a couple notches and you'll be at the "sweet spot" for that coil(at this time).

I've always found that with use, over time, the power can be inched up little by little with better results. Cheers.

The watts is inaccurate as well because the voltage is off. Once I realized this I just left it in voltage mode. And yes, five clicks on and off is easy enough. Nobody likes that brand of hot pocket.

No, the wattage MIGHT be inaccurate because the iStick 20 doesn't have step-down voltage control. It will not vape any lower than the current battery voltage. So if you have the battery charged to the full 4.2V and try to set a wattage that would result in less than 4.2V, it's going to work at the 4.2V and have a higher wattage than what you selected.

The threads on the istick 20 are not the best they wear pretty quick if you are not careful when taking the tank on and off. I bought a folding adapter it works like a charm and i dont have to worry about the threads.

This statement is false. But as long as the op understands that his istick is putting out higher voltage and higher wattage than the display indicates. No harm no foul.

I have 2- Istick 20W with Nautilis Mini--had them for over 2 months now. I love them
I'm very careful when I remove my tanks to refill them because of what I have heard on here--so far no problems
I vape at 3.7 V and 7.2W and it reads the ohm's at 1.6 or 1.5 and I realize those readings may not be real accurate but it what works

I hate to admit this but the only reason I didn't get the Istick 30W was because I clicked on the wrong Item when I ordered them. Lol

I get very good battery life--like all day no problem--but I stick them on the charger every day just cause its easy and there is no advantage to running them flat like a Ni-Cad battery.

The iStick 20w came out in a rush. They geared it to this previous Christmas' sales and it did very well with its small size and low price. It does have a few faults, hense the quick follow-up with the 30w model. They fixed a lot of the blemishes of the 20w, but many are still being used.

I probably wouldn't have noticed it if my tastebuds were still recovering from smoking, but, the power regulation issue is a big blemish to me.
