So I have 4 EGO-T's and a few spare parts - I really love this model - but I have been thinking of adding another model to my stash. Does anyone have any advice on a similar/better device? I don't think I want to change it too much, but of course I won't know what I'm "missing" unless I try.. I like the simplicity, long battery life, and option between cartridge and dripping on the atty. Would love to hear from people with a similar situation, or anyone experienced! :)

If you don't want to change too much, try some low resistance cartomizers on your ego-T battery. You'll definitely get a 'stronger' vape than with tanks. tanks are OK but they tend to mute the flavorings a bit.

Crystal Clear Vaping

If you want to go in a completely different direction, look into some of the box mods and vv mods.

I used Boge cartomizers a little, then ego T type A tanks for a bit. Then I found the EMDCC's, switched to them, and haven't looked back. Very happy with them.

eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer Flat-Tip

Sooner or later, I plan to get a Buzz Pro. To me, variable voltage seems like the ideal situation, and you can't really get that with an ego. (There is an Ego Booster that kinda-sorta gives you VV, but it has a lot of limitations.)

Buzz Pro

The guy that makes the buzz pro also has another VV mod, the Infinity Pro. Different batteries, a little longer and skinnier, but pretty much the same set of features.

Thanks!! OK, so I checked out that link - I like the description, but, uh... How do I use it?! Lol -- would that work with the EGO-T, or is it a standalone? The option to choose a tip confused and excited me - so many different colored tips - weeeeee! ;)

The battery for the Ego T is just a 510 Ego battery. Anything 510 will work with it. The Resurrector linked above is just a big 510 LR carto. To use it you either drip liquid onto the filler and let it soak in then repeat the process until the filler won't hold anymore juice or you can use a syringe to fill which is quicker.

Any 510 drip tip will work with it and CCV throws one in with the purchase, just pick the color and style of your choice. Personally I don't like the way the metal drip tips feel on my lips so I'd go with the black or white offer and get 2 of them but that's just my preference.

Can also get one of the new Variable Volt Ego batterys and try vapeing what you already have on diffrent voltages. ive found some cartomizers or flavors that i didnt like before i gave a second look with a diffrent voltage. and my favorite flavor (bavarian cream from viking vapor) was amazing on high voltage with my dual coil cartomizers.

The good thing about the ego battery is it's very versatile. If your happy with the basic kit, there are may options you have to chose from instead of getting involved in a whole new kit.

Instead of the tank, you can try cartomizers. There are tons- They hold juice in the same way that your tank does but the atomizer is built in and you drip juice into the filling in the cartomizer. There are dual coil cartomizers, XL cartomizers, low resistance cartomizers, mega cartomizers that hold a lot of juice.

If you want something similiar to what you have now there are the clearomizer types. Got Vapes has a ton to chose from.

Some people aren't getting enough satisfaction with their device and it's not helping them quit smoking. Many of these people need a higher powered device and they try out mods. If you want to just try something different, look into the cartos. I'm not trying to dissuade you from getting a mod at all, but look into some of the options with your ego. Then when you do chose to get a mod, research the one that looks like it's the best fit for you and get a good one.
