I cant belive this,i ordered a RSST tank from this vendor a few weeks ago and the threads were faulty and tey have a policy that all atomizers are not covered, fine,i went ahaed and fixed the threads myself.I lost the top cap of the dam tank few days ago so order another tank and when i get home the threads are ok but the inside of the tank channel is cut in half,i am really ...... off,im about too snap Whats up with this no warranty on tanks, they can seel you garbage and get away with it?.:mad::mad::shock::-x:nah:

I cant seem too upload any pics now, notice how its cut at a 30 degree angle.

This the tank they sold me:

This is a way too fix it,a silcon sleeve. Its stained from juice, its just the top head tube from a nova tank, fits really snug and wont leak, actually is proberly better than the original cause its not as hard and seals the inside top of the tank better,no leaks,i may even do this too my good tank.

Why i prefer to buy my supplies from a B&M

It was a BM store,i ordered online and went in too pick it up,and they even gave me the wrong wire, i have been having other issues before too,i sent a lady friend in too buy a kit and it was a dud,she hard a hard time getting it replaced.I can fix it by sliding a silcon sleeve over the plastic center channel in the tank but i should not have too go tru this.

That is maddening, I guess you could "name them and shame them" they have a thread here for negative supplier reviews.

Reviews of Suppliers - Negative

I believe that thread is only for suppliers who are registered here, no?
It's actually pretty smart because there are rules (you have to let the supplier know and give it a week for them to correct the problem - if it's their fault)
After the 7 days.. you can open a thread there.. it gives the supplier an opportunity to make it right.

If you paid by credit card or debit card, file a chargeback against them.

Paid in cold hard earned cash, ive sent emails and no response,i am mad as hell right now.I even asked them too cheack the tank for defects before i went in too pick it up,it didnt dawn on me too actually take apart the whole tank at the store,i jus checked too see if the threads were ok and they were, who would have knew that the plastic post inside the tank was 1/2 missing.?

Hmmm...

If they are a registered supplier post a negative review and see if that elicits a response.

If they aren't a registered supplier time to name names. Don't believe it's against the rules - just don't post it on the negative reviews page.

What hairball said.

That, in addition most States have "implied merchantability & warranty" protection for you. Basically, something you buy has to perform it's expected function and do it for a reasonable period of time. Sounds like the second one you bought fell flat on both points. Contact the Attorney General in the State you reside in, Consumer Complaint division, for more info and/or to file a complaint. Betting if you even mention "AG" to the place you bought it from things will get resolved pretty quickly.

If it is a reputable supplier, they should make it right ASAP, even if their supplier had gone bad. If not then time to name them and, find a new supplier.

I don't acre if it's 5.00 or 500.00, it's the principle that matters. I pay for what is sold as a good quality item, I expect that and, if it's defective, the supplier had best refund or replace in a timely manner.

Dude you should have gone with ibtanked at that price. I couldnt be happier

Well, I suppose that's good for you.

Heavy- sorry to hear about your luck, dude- I would be dropping some RSST parts in the mail for you if I owned one, but sadly I don't.
I'm personally the type to return to the store and demand they make things right, but that is a 50/50 shot at best these days. Negative reviews can help for a resolution on occasion, but again, not always guaranteed.
Maybe you can find someone who offers replacement parts to get what you need or even get creative and come up with a fix of your own and consider the rest a valuable learning experience.
Any way you slice it, you have every right to be upset.

Heavyrocker man I'm sorry you're having to deal with such a BS company!!! Please Name Names this outfit needs to be exposed before anyone else loses their hard earned money. It's hard to believe someone would actually resell defective merchandise, but from your tale that would seem to be the case in this instance. I really hope you do get justice from them, but even if you do a boycott seems to be in order.
