urine smells

I have been vapeing for almost 3 months. When I first started out I was vapeing what I was told a 50/50 blend the brand was Pluto from space jam and everything was going ok. I then decided to switch to other brands that were pure vg based or 20/80 blends and after about a week or so I noticed me pee smelled really bad almost as if I was eating a pound of asperges everyday.. I drink a lot of liquids everyday mostly ice tea but have been doing so all my life with no change in urine odor. My diet has not changed one bit I eat lots of meats and pasta. Has anyone else has this issue with vg blends?

I forgot to also mention I did see a doctor as he said I was pretty healthy.. He even congrats me on quiting cigs..

LOL, it isn't the VG. I use high percentage VG and can't smell any difference way up here at nose height. I can tell the difference after eating asparagus, though. Believe, me. I don't live much more than an hour away from the world's largest asparagus producing region. Maybe one of juices is using asparagus flavoring.

This is what I was thinking, I'm about at the same point as OP, 3.5 months and I still feel like I'm smelling new strange and awful things every day.

I don't think so.. I smelled it bad before if ate asparagus. It was so bad this morning that my wife complained about my urine. All the e juices I have are what I would consider name brand to. I change flavors often. One night I'll have vanilla next day I'll have blueberry cream. I don't know what it is.

It was over a year after quitting before I stopped smelling cigarette in the car and garage.

Actually, PG can make urine smell "odd"; try a higher VG concentration!

Keep in mind that there is a genetic marker present in most people who can smell the difference in urine when you eat asparagus. Not everyone can smell it!

VG dries you out. It is recommended that you drink water, not other drinks.

The odor was the reason I seen the doc my apologies. I really don't think it's a major problem or anything but it just feels weird that's all.. I'm surprised though that no one else has had this issue.. I'm going to go 2 weeks with a another brand and see if anything changes.

No prob. It must be something in your diet. Urine should look light straw colored if a person is well hydrated. A deep yellow may be a sign of dehydration which could also cause odor.

If we're gonna go full-tilt gross on this one...

Dark colored pee is an indicator you are dehydrated too. On a general sliding scale, the lighter in color the better.

on a serious note... I'd suspect something else is going on, and yes, you might just want to see a doc... Though if you aren't drinking enough dehydration will definitely scent/color it strongly...
