US Customs hold

My recent order is held up in customs. This is a first for me. Now what? My orders usually clear in a few hours, this one has been there 6 days! The only difference is this time I ordered eliquid.

Has anyone had this happen? I'm really unhappy right now. If it has been detained, what will HC do to help get it through customs?

Customs will release the packages but unfortunately, you'll be stuck paying our wonderful FDA fees which can amount to a lot. Rotten jerks can't leave well enough alone...they aren't suppose to detain any ecig stuff anymore.

The case happened to a few other orders recently.

I just knew that an order was released after 2 weeks. The package seemed not to be opened at all.
The buyer did not pay any fee for the order, either.

Perhaps the customs is overwhelmed with packages and need more time than before.

Two orders from Health Cabin and no problems with customs at all. Just lucky I guess.

Most of our orders to USA have no problems with customs so far.

I'm about to make a wholesale order to the US, about $1000 maybe a bit more, however, I dont live in the US, the package gets to the US and then is sent to me by a special carrier, who takes care of the shipping and customs handling to costa rica. What would happen if my package is seized by customs? How can I even pay the import taxes?
