Interesting now that R J Reynolds owns VUSE, I think we'll see way more of these type of articles.

it seemed rather neutral to me..it is an "is what it is" kind of thing to me...it's here, and now they've got to figure out how to make money off it in the name of regulation.

"ban on sale to minors" is already in effect...so we'll see.

Interesting, but I think by now that most of us realize full well that public health is not the FDAs concern with regard to e-cigarettes. E-cig haters hate them for other reasons. They hate them primarily because average citizens have taken their health into their own hands with out the need to pay big business. Anything that resembles true freedom is typically scorned and attacked these days. I laugh at the public health reasons for destroying the e-cig industry.

Yeah, it's good to see, but it's Op/Ed, not necessary US News' stance on the subject.

And tag says "Gregory Conley is the president of the American vaping Assocation." If anything the best part is that US News gave Conley the Op/Ed pace.
