Anyone know of a USA vendor for the ebaron spiral? Also, where to get get cheap ceramic replacements?

You might have to order the actual atty from houseofmods.co.uk, have not heard a lot of buzz regarding this atty and I can't think of any US vendors that sell it.

As far as replacement ceramics, you can buy the 5 packs for the Diver/Killer that a lot of vendors are selling now or buy the CE2 ceramics from eBay.
