I have been lurking around these forums for a few weeks thinking about purchasing a Reo after recommendation from a friend, and looking at some stuff online.
Came on my PC earlier and checked the reosmods site, and saw there were some Reo Grands in the blemished section, as i'm not too fussed if it has some cosmetic defects, and the blemished mods have a good discount, i decided to purchase one then, and soon i shall be vaping away on a nice orange Reo.

I do have a couple of questions which i hope you guys will be able to answer for me.

Is anyone on here from the UK? if so how long did it take for your Reo to come (not looking for exact times or anything, just an idea of how long it will take).
Are there any UK based resellers that sell the spare bottles/springs etc, or will i have to order from the US every time?
I currently have the Octopus rda and the eBaron spiral, I am fairly sure the eBaron will fit on the grand, but i don't think the Octopus will (seems too wide), would anyone be able to confirm that the eBaron will fit and whether the Octopus will or not?

Many thanks.

i find shipping to and from the UK to be about a week, give or take a day. That's what i always allow because between the USPS (post here) and the Royal Mail (post there) - anything is possible!

I'm not sure why you'd use a dripper like an eBaron on a Reo which is bottom fed, because bottom fed means every time is like you dripped into it without the hassle. I suggest you gravitate to something bottom fed and the current market leader seems to be a Reomizer 2 (RM2) from Reosmods too.

I have been absent too long to tell you anything about resellers. Congratulations on a great device and all the best.

Hi I'm from Gateshead, in the northeast UK
Took my reos around a week, to arrive from rob, at reosmods, by the looks of it, you've got a grand, don't know anyone that keeps the bottles or springs in Europe, did you get a rebuild kit, when you ordered the mod?
If not I would advise you to get one, if you order a rebuild kit, get 3-4 spare bottles, & at least a couple of spare springs, you can also get a button cover, that fits on the button, & makes it easier to use.
The spiral will fit onto the grand no problem, I use minis, & run both a killer, & a surface on it, both work a treat, I'm al most sure the octopus, is a dripper, & no good for a bottom fed mod.
A lot of people are using the reomiser2 RBA, available from reosmods, & all the feedback has been that they are a cracking atty.
If you are ordering stuff from rob, I would advise you to get as much as you can in one go, cos it's a standard shipping, that applies, & if you order 1 spring, the same shipping applies.
By the way get a couple of door magnets, cos they can come out, & you could loose them, for the cost of them, it's a no brainier not to have them.
Anything else you need to know just ask, you'll find most people sit in the reo lounge, & everyone is very friendly.

Welcome to reoville by the way, your gonna love your reo, I use nothing else
Frank

Spiral is a bottom feeder Trunker, it's the same as the killer, but not for a tank

Ah right I thought you could use most dripping atomisers as bottom feeders, so there are specific bottom feeder atomisers?
Basically it needs a hole, up through the centre pin, into the atty chamber, so that the juice can feed onto the coil, a dripper is fed from the top, any bottom fed atty can be used as a dripper, but it has to be a bottom feed atty to work with any feeder

For a RM2 - buy some spare screws - i have a nasty habit of dropping mine. For the Reo - get a spare spring and a rebuild kit is all; for peace of mind as Frank suggests. I have never needed to use mine, which is in itself a minor miracle.

Just factor in the week it takes to ship to you, it's hurtful to be without gear you rely on for a day - let alone a week.

I think even with the exchange rate you'll find the Reos and accessories to be very fairly priced, i rate the 3mm silica wick too, but then i wreck a lot of coils and my floors are magnetic now so i can catch falling screws. I assume the UK has not yet returned to the stone age since i moved and that you can buy batteries and wire!

Just a quick update, been vaping with my reo for the past couple of days and Im enjoying it, might have to get a lower nicotine version of my current favourite juice though as its giving me a tonne more throat hit than in my old protank
Just ordered a reomizer as I dont like the nr wire needed for the ebaron I have.
Really enjoying the ease of use of the rm, super easy to fill and enjoy.

So my reomizer came today, and wow its such a difference compared to the eBaron, ive made like four coils since having it, mainly to try different coils and such
Currently got some ekowool inside it and it is very yummy.
I tried some cotton wool but im not sure I got the right stuff, it has a slightly odd taste, its 100% pure cotton wool but just some normal stuff from the local supermarket, not like medical grade cotton wool, so I might find that and give it a try.
But yeah wow the reomizer is amazing.
