USA Nic Juice vs. Unkown: Vast Price Difference?

So i just got into DIY about a week or so ago...

I get a bit obsessive when something catches my attention... that being said, Ive been looking into different suppliers of unflavored nic juices.

Names being spared to protect the innocent: (if they become important for species identification purposes then ill get into that upon request)

Vendor A. XXmg 60ml "USA made" unflavored VG juice: 53.50
Vendor B. XXmg 60ml "i dont know" unflavored VG juice: 16.95

So my question is this, why is there such a vast difference in price here? Is there some variable that im not seeing?

**I used XXmg 60ml because my price per unit break down of all nic level and quantity amounts shows me that XXmg is the most economical to mix with( technically the 500ml quantity of XXmg @ .50c per unit being the cheapest, but is out of my price range), this pricing scale being from "regular/most used" trusted supplier and used in comparison to the "new" supplier im looking at (vendor B.)

I won't mention names since you didn't but I buy my unflavored juice from vendor B. They have great quality juice at a great price. Their juice is as good as any out there and is made in the good old USA.

I'm not sure why they sell at the price they do but I'm glad they do. If your looking for great juice at a great price then I'd buy from vendor B. I know you'll be very happy with your purchase and will be saving a lot of $ in the process.

Vendor A: Likely imports from somewhere besides China
Vendor B: Imports Unflavored Nic liquid directly from China

95% of the "USA Made" liquid you see has at least 1 ingredient sourced from China. Instead of China mixing it, they order the nic and flavorings separately from China and flavor it themselves.

You won't find USA Manufactured Nicotine. It either comes from China (where most vendors order), India, or Europe.
