Second question is :
Can u plug your USB passthrough for charge and when i want to go out just unplug it and vape it ? or u can only vape it when its plugged ?

The clearomizer will work with that battery. You can unplug it and vape it. It isnt really a passthrough, its just a ego battery that you can vape while it charges.

For aesthetic reasons, you might want to get a cone from canvape too.

Okay thnks for INFO , im just sad now i BROKED all my E-CIG battery ( 2x 280mah 510) only one spare battery .... i will order this , i got the carto so i guess i dont need anything else to use it

If you already have the 510 cartos you just need the batteries, what others were saying is that you might want to consider getting a cone to make it look better, but that is just a aesthetic thing to make the pv look better and will not affect performance.

For futur references a eGo style battery has 2 kind of threading, the eGo one and the 510 one, so any ego or 510 carto/ tank/ atomiizer should work with them.
