I seen this at walmart yesterday for $13 and said... hmmmmm... just like all of us do. You know what the hmmm.... was. It runs off of the usb port of your computer ( < 5v) and also comes with a wall adapter to plug the usb cord into if you wish.

It's really wierd though that Walmart's website does not have them. Only in the store.

Anyway, I bought one just to see if this thing could possibly be used in place of an atomizer in a new mod. I got it home, poured some distilled water in it and it realy does put out a surprisingly really good amount of water vapor.

So the next logical step was to try it with PG. There is a wick that lays across the peizo element, so I took the wick and soaked it in PG for a minute and put it in the machine. I kicked the thing on.

Sadly, nothing. PG appears to be too thick to be atomized at the current frequency and voltage that the device is running at. I haven't tried thinning it down any but I don't expect the results to be much different if I did. It is designed for water and works well with it and I'm wanting a solution that will work with "out-of-box" e-juice.

I'm still going to play around with it because this little device is surprisingly pretty cool. If nothing else, this cute little device will go in my office at work to keep me from getting shocked from static electricity every time touch something metal. For $13 bucks, it is really cool. It could actually be used with a new kind of ejiuce with added nictoine but I'd rather stay with the normal stuff right now. Still going to play around though.

I've already seen a discussion on this and I'm 90% sure it was here on this board.
Peizoelectric Atomizers have been discussed but not anything about this particular device but I think it's a moot point anyway since it doesn't really seem to work for our purposes. I still have some playing around to do.
